Changes

I left my previous company on 30th August 2010.
Took a short break, went to Taiwan for my 2nd honeymoon and started my "new job" as a SAHM!! Thought I could score very "good points". But less than 2 weeks, I surrendered!!
Luckily, I had plan B to proceed when my plan A failed!! Haha...
So, on 20th September 2010, I started my 3rd job in my life.
I joined MEAP as a Senior Engineer. Title sounds so nicee..
Job scope is much lesser from my previous one..
After a month plus now, I still don't feel I am working full time. I still have the "holiday mood" feel.
I like the 5 days system. Every week passes so fast.
But to be frank, I miss the kind of achievement feeling I used to have when I was in TPL. The work here is consider easy for me. All thanks to the knowledge I gained in TPL.
I realised the BIG difference between a local company and a MNC company.
Big company tends to have many groups, and everyone seem to be wary of another. Political issues are everywhere, unlike TPL, everyone works like a family and no need to be worry being "shoot" behind your back!!
To be frank, I don't think I am suitable for a political workplace as I am too blunt.. Thus, I may kill myself anytime.. haha...

My new colleagues are great. But they are all younger than me and most of them are single and unattached. Thus, their lifestyle are so carefree and enjoyable.
Looking at them, I somehow envy.. haha... Made me think of my carefree lifestyle before married. Unlike my ex-colleagues, we are all married, our topics were all about family, kids etc.. But now, I need to switch my mind set and talk "young stuff".. haha.. So funny..

Think that's about it.. Will update more about my new life style and my new work..

My Hubby

Eversince decision made, I have many new things added to my list especially with the support from hubby!

1. LV bag, model: Palemo MM

2. A 0.61carat solitaire diamond ring, although not a very high grade one, but I appreciated hubby's thought of fulfilling my wish.

3. Another diamond plus sapphire flower ring. This is an Extra one. The flower caught my eyes and when put on to my finger, hubby said "nice"! With that word, his wallet burnt another hole!! Haha

I really appreciate hubby's love for me. He although a bit wood n don't or seldom give me surprises. But he never fail to buy me whatever I want, even though he knows what I want is not something I need but more of extra!! In fact, he provides everything I need and even more..
Really glad that I have him. With him, I feel more secure and confident with what I am doing. He never fail to be there for me when I am down and sad! His love for me makes me feel I am the most 幸福的小女人(although size is huge)! Hope my love also makes him feel he is a 幸福的小男人!!

Mayvis back to her Kindergarten

On 31st July, we attended Ayden's school Safari Adventure Day.
Mayvis was there too. It was her Kindergarten too. She spent 3 years there.
So naturally, everything was so familiar to her.
She got to see most of her favourite teachers. But she was so shy and when the teachers talked to her, she was hiding behind me!!
Luckily managed to snap a few pictures of her with her favourite teachers before we left the school for the day.

Ayden's 1st Safari Adventure Day

Last Saturday, we went to Ayden's school for Safari Adventure day.
The teachers lead the pre-nursery and nursery students to set up the safari.
Ayden's class did a Zebra!
Ayden was so proud of the work and he kept bringing us to see his zebra!
In his class, they also did up the cats, dogs etc.

Updates!!

Long time no update my blog.

Not that I forgotten about it, but more due to the reason of not enough time to use everyday!! (Haha - Lame excuse)

Eversince Mayvis starts her primary education. I can see some changes going on. Probably because she is attending convent school, and her friends are all girls, I can see the "spoilt brat" alititude in her. I realised the changes in her more significant after the June holiday. She requested for manythings unnecessary, eg. handphone, buying things from the school bookstore. Whenever my answer is a NO to her, she would throw tantrum, get angry with me! And she would tell me, "why my friends' mummies all said can and not you?" I sometime really don't know how to answer her questions and requests!!

Ayden has become taller and he is able to speak better. But boys are boys.. He is definitely very cheeky and naughty. But I realised he not as strong as Mayvis. Ayden has been coughing since we returned from Shanghai last decemember. Every month the PD's clinic name will sure to appear on my credit bill at least once! I have kept him away from sweets, chocolate, or any sweet stuff.. Worrying all these will trigger phelgm or his cough. Is actually a torture to him.
Last Wednesday the school was celebrating Racial Harmony Day and he came home telling my sister(his nanny) that the teachers did not give him chocolate biscuits and sweets!! He said everyone had it!! So poor boy!

Now about me and hubby.
Practically nothing special, hubby still "flying around" at least once a month. He is working hard and I am spending hard too!! Haha..
Me still working at the same place. Doing everything the same.
Except recently has been running around the KK hospital due to my mum.
But luckily, the chapter ended last friday(hopefully).
My mum did a procedure at KKH, although is a simple procedure but due to my mum's age and health, it became a very major case!! But thanks god, she went through the procedure.Now waiting for the result of the poli that was removed last thursday.

Think that's about it for the time being.

Hand Foot Mouth Disease

This "uninvited" guest came to our family recently..
Caused Ayden to suffer for a week and in return tortured me for a week!!!
Ayden was so poor thing.. Could not eat, drink etc.. Saliva kept dripping.. haiz..
His mouth was full of ULCERS!!!
After making Ayden suffered, this "guest" decided to find Mayvis..
At least Mayvis' case is still not that bad as Ayden's. Mayvis' hands n legs, especially the joints.. are full of rashes.. She has very little ulcers.. BUT, that does not mean she will not whine n crank!! She likes a big baby.. Anytime also "mummy... mummy"!!
I really going to burst!! Almost 2 weeks of torture!!

I feel very bad that this stupid "guest" went to my 3rd Sis'place n stays with Sherralyn now!!
Poor girl, hers is the Worst of all!! Like Ayden's.. She also has many ulcers in her mouth..I heard from my sis that Sherralyn can't even talk properly..
Really so Paisay to have pass the virus to her..
Must be last saturday, Sherralyn helped to coax Ayden when he was cranky!!

Let's pray that Sherralyn quickly recovers... And also my dear girl, Mayvis!!
Mummy very tired alrdy.. Oh pls!!

School Starts!!!

Beginning of 2010, Ayden is attending pre-nursery class at Marymount Kindergarten. Mayvis starts her primary education at Marymount Convent School.

First day of School:

1) AYDEN
- Very excited, wore his uniform n got ready to school. Because my sister was with him, he was very much at ease.. His class was in a mess.. Many crying n screaming, but he was steady.. not affected at all!

2) MAYVIS
- Very excited, but a bit worry here n there.. got a bit frustrated when the school bus was a bit late!! I went to peep at her during recess time, she was coping all well..

Following Days :

1) AYDEN
- Started to be affected by other kids.. Felt insecure when no familiar face around. Cried when boarded the school bus. Smiled happily when alighted from school bus.

2) MAYVIS
- Seem to adapt to school life style very well. Only complaint was VERY TIRED!!
